Deborah Arnowitz Ashe

Debbie Ashe joined the Parents League board in 2023 and is serving on the Nominating Committee and the Publications Committee. After nearly 25 years working in independent school admissions, Debbie recently retired. She is active in the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and is serving on its Schools Committee, starting a regional New York City IECA educational consultants’ group. Debbie has a JD from the Cardozo School of Law and a masters degree in English literature from the University of PIttsburgh. She volunteers with a literacy organization and is an avid reader and knitter.
