Parents League of New York Celebrates 105 Years

Founded on this day in 1913, a coalition of parents and private schools began its mission to serve as a resource and support network for families. For 105 years, Parents League has helped generations of families seeking resources and educational options, and through unequaled affiliations, has produced an array of parenting workshops and publications.



Today, we continue to provide support to a growing list of members and are proud of our partnership with thousands of families and 350 schools in the United States and abroad. As the public face of private education in New York, and the only nonprofit of its kind, we are the preeminent provider of advisory services for school admissions. 



To the countless parents, school administrators, faculty, volunteers, board members, and advisors, we thank you for your unwavering support.  For over a century, it has been our privilege to serve you and we look forward to continuing our work for centuries to come.  Wishing you a joyous holiday and wonderful new year!
