Erin Velandy

Erin Velandy joined the Parents League Board of Directors in 2021 and serves as Secretary. She sits on the Nominating and Publications committees, and previously worked on the Review. Before moving to New York, Erin spent ten years with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, in Washington, D.C. During that time, she also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia and as an ethics official for the Civil Rights Division. She is a member of the Junior League of New York, and volunteers at her child’s independent school.
